Non competitiva presente all’interno della Maratonina dei Fenici – 6° con la tosse, ma sono incazzato!!

Innanzitutto devo dire che ho gareggiato con la tosse, seppure non forte, ma comunque facciamo un passo indietro.

Il 4 gennaio mi sveglio con il mal di gola, sicuramente qualcuno che evito di definire, visto che il blog porta il mio nome e cognome, mi ha contagiato l’influenza (in ufficio era pieno di influenzati). L’influenza, seppure non grave, massimo 37° di febbre, fa il suo corso e rimane la tosse. La tosse sembra quasi guarita, ma giovedì torno nella mia gelida e schifosa casa di Sinnai (ero stato un paio di giorni nella calda casa di mia madre a Cagliari), mi alleno in una giornata gelida e ventosa (finisco l’allenamento con 6,6°!) e anzichè buttarmi subito a fare la doccia, accendendo l’asciugone che funge da riscaldamento del bagno, coglionescamente mi faccio 10 minuti di stretching in soggiorno con 13,5° di temperatura! MORALE DELLA FAVOLA: si riacutizza la tosse!! Cosicchè devo usare gli antiinfluenzali e venerdì mi prendo il fluental che mi butta veramente giù (forse era meglio tenersi la tosse e l’infiammazione delle vie respiratorie). La tosse, tra le altre cose, non passa ma comunque si attenua.

Torniamo ad oggi. Mi sveglio alle 7, faccio colazione a base di pastasciutta e pane (ho deciso di tornare all’antico in quanto il pane con miele ha un alto indice glicemico e perciò mi fiacca), prendo anche una pastiglia di VivinC in quanto ho la tosse e sono pure un pò raffreddato, inoltre il giorno prima avevo anche un pò di alterazione febbrile, 36,9°. Oggi invece non mi sono misurato la febbre per non perdere tempo.

Esco di casa alle 8,22, raggiungo Pula per tempo, mi iscrivo, vogliono che metta la maglia della società organizzatrice (il prossimo anno mi metto la mia maglia visto che ero l’unico tra i primi della “non competitiva” con la maglia della società), entro in un bar per fare i bisogni, compro anche un’aranciata, ma visto che c’è la fila, decido di farla in campagna. Faccio fatica a raggiungere la macchina in quanto non mi ricordo dove ho parcheggiato. Mi cambio e mi dirigo alla partenza.

Si parte con qualche minuto di ritardo, ma non più di tanto. Ci sono i soliti lumaconi in mezzo ai coglioni che ti fanno perdere tempo in partenza (non ho capito perchè si mettano davanti a rompere il cazzo!!) e ti costringono a fare dei zig zag. Comunque la situazione è molto meno grave che in altre gare, specialmente la gara di Uta, infatti chiudo il 1° Km. in 4’02”. Passo al 2° Km. in 7’50”, percorrendo un parziale di 3’48”. Il 2° Km. è l’ultimo che ho corso in brillantezza, dal terzo chilometro in poi inizia ad annebbiarsi la vista, il fiato si fa molto pesante, infatti faccio il 3° Km. in 4’10”, passando sotto lo striscione del km. 3 in 12 minuti esatti! Il 4° Km. va sulla falsariga del 3° e finisco in 4’09”. Al 5° Km.   non capisco più niente, ho solo voglia di finire la gara, sono veramente COTTO!! Finisco il 5° km. addirittura in 4’20” passando sotto lo striscione del 5° km. in 20’29”. Al 6° km. provo a stringere i denti ed aumento la velocità, tanto la gara sta finendo, e chiudo in 4’01”, passando sotto il km. 6 in 24’30”. A questo punto avrei dovuto iniziare l’allungo finale, ma credendo di dover fare ancora un km. completo mantengo la velocità del km. precedente e infatti mi passa un atleta. Solo quando vedo lo striscione d’arrivo, faccio il mio allungo, mi avvicino all’atleta che mi precede, e se avessi saputo che battendolo sarei arrivato in premiazione, probabilmente lo avrei battuto in quanto, anche se ero al limite, non stavo sputando sangue, ed io, quando serve, so anche sputare sangue!

Finisco in 28’05”, il chilometraggio finale è anche quest’anno un mistero, mi piazzo al 6° posto, ma premiano i primi 5! Faccio presente che i “tesserati” non entrano in premiazione, ed io vedo atleti con la canottiera sociale, la giudice mi dice: “Perchè tu gareggi per essere premiato?”. Io gli rispondo: “Certo che gareggio per essere premiato!!”. Tra me e me penso: “Mica soffro come una bestia, perdippiù con la tosse, facendomi un lungo viaggio in macchina, per vedere la tua faccia !!”

A proposito di sofferenze, le gare, per me, sono un’autentica sofferenza, un autentico calvario, non come gli allenamenti dove segui le indicazioni del frequenzimetro, in gara SI VA A TUTTA!! SI SOFFRE VERAMENTE!! Sono SOFFERENZE INENARRABILI!! Di conseguenza VOGLIO ESSERE PREMIATO!! Chiaramente devo meritarmi il premio, ma se nella locandina scrivono che i tesserati vengono esclusi dalla premiazione, perchè li premiano?

Attendo alcune ore la premiazione, sperando, tra me e me, che non premiassero i tesserati, cioè quelli con la canottiera sociale, e invece li premiano, ed io LO PRENDO IN QUEL POSTO!!! CHE PORCATA!! MA QUANTE PORCATE CHE FANNO IN QUESTE GARE!! NON E’ RISPETTOSO NEI CONFRONTI DI CHI SOFFRE COME UNA BESTIA PER PRENDERSI IL PREMIO ONESTAMENTE!!

Me ne torno a casa INCAZZATO COME UNA BESTIA e rifletto anche sul mio peggioramento fisico, oltre che, alla PORCATA subita. Qua sotto c’è la mia riflessione a tal proposito.

Certo che se avessi mantenuto gli standard dello scorso anno o avessi peggiorato di 2-3″ al chilometro questo problema non si sarebbe posto, sarei tranquillamente entrato in premiazione!! Ma perchè sono peggiorato di ben 7″ al km. rispetto allo scorso anno? Qualcuno in famiglia parla di età, ma io penso che sia dovuto principalmente al fatto che sia stato operato al ginocchio e che sia stato senza corsa a piedi ben 8 mesi e mezzo! Un altro motivo, forse più importante è il fatto che abbia eliminato CORTI-VELOCI e MEDI VELOCI dal mio programma di allenamento, in pratica ho perso l’abitudine a soffrire intensamente durante l’allenamento e non svolgo più quegli allenamenti che aumentano la soglia anaerobica(IL CORTO VELOCE e IL MEDIO VELOCE agisce in tal senso). Ultimamente ho inserito il PROGRESSIVO come allenamento, ma non è la stessa cosa (faccio solo 2,28 km. di FONDO VELOCE). Anche la piccola operazioncina subita a dicembre per togliere le cisti sebacee, che mi ha costretto a 10 giorni di RIPOSO ASSOLUTO(il riposo assoluto è ben peggiore del fare sport alternativi) potrebbe aver inciso. Comunque dedicherò un post al mio peggioramento che potrebbe avere anche cause di altro tipo.
